Overview

The CKWB-12 Primary And Secondary Integrated Pole-Mounted Circuit Breaker features vacuum arc-quenching technology with SF₆ gas insulation. It is designed as a three-phase, 50Hz system rated for 12kV. The sealing performance of the inlet and outlet bushings has been significantly improved, ensuring excellent overall airtightness. This effectively prevents any internal SF₆ gas leakage and guarantees immunity to external environmental factors. Additionally, the spring operating mechanism delivers exceptional reliability and stability, while the main circuit is optimized for low contact resistance and minimal temperature rise.

Structural Features

Application

Primarily used for making and breaking load curren and interrupting short-circuit current in power systems. Suitable for protection and control in substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and rural distribution networks, especially for applications requiring frequent switching operations.

The unit fully complies with State Grid's primary-secondary integration technical requirements, as well as China Southern Power Grid's technical specifications for 10kV automated vacuum pole-mounted circuit breaker equipment.

  • Reliable Sealing Performance: Utilizes proven sealing technology to fully encapsulate the main circuit, secondary components, and operating mechanism in SF6 gas (at zero gauge pressure), ensuring exceptional long-term sealing reliability.


  • Flexible Installation Options: The product supports both pole-mounted and pedestal-mounted installation methods, providing adaptable deployment solutions.


  • Advanced Communication Capabilities: Featuring an aviation socket beneath the operating mechanism for integration with intelligent control systems, it enables full remote functionality, including telecontrol, teleindication, telemetering, and teleadjustment.
