Overview
The CKWF-12 Intelligent Outdoor Vacuum Load Switch is a new product developed by Zhuhai Kangjin Electric Co., Ltd. It is
designed for three-phase AC 50 Hz distribution lines with rated voltages from 3kV to 12kV, providing both automatic and manual operation.
Combined with an SPS power transformer and a CWFC-1 intelligent controller, it enables automatic fault diagnosis, automatic fault section isolation, and automatic power restoration for non-fault sections without requiring communication lines. When connected to a communication system, it supports remote automation and computer-based control through substation and master station control units.
With reliable performance and a high level of automation, the CKWF-12 is widely used in substations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban and rural automated distribution networks, and other applications requiring frequent switching operations.
Structural Features
Performance Advantages
Stable Performance: Equipped with two internal breaks, including a disconnector and a vacuum interrupter, the switch meets the safe operation requirements of power utilities and greatly enhances operational safety. The main circuit and operating mechanism are hermetically sealed in an SF₆ gas-filled tank, making the product unaffected by external service environments and maintenance-free.
High Compatibility: The switch can be equipped with various built-in through-core current transformers for measurement, protection and metering. It also adopts high-grade fully sealed aviation connectors, providing highly reliable interfaces for distribution automation.
Rational Structure: The switch features a well-designed structure and flexible installation methods, supporting both pole-mounted suspension and base mounting. It supports electric and manual operation for flexible switching control. Its electromagnetic operating mechanism enables power-assisted closing, low-power electrical holding, and power-loss tripping, with a simple and reliable structure.
