The CKWZ-12 Intelligent Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker represents a new generation of outdoor vacuum circuit breakers. Independently developed by our team, it is built upon a comprehensive absorption of advanced column circuit breaker technology from domestic and international markets, while being precisely tailored to the practical application needs of modern power equipment.

Rated for 12kV and 50Hz three-phase AC, this unit serves as a critical piece of outdoor power distribution infrastructure. It is primarily designed to break and close load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents within the distribution network. Furthermore, it facilitates step-by-step protection for distribution network automation, marking it as a novel and essential asset in modern grid systems.

Ideally suited for protection and control within substation power distribution systems as well as industrial and mining enterprises, the CKWZ-12 is particularly optimized for rural power grids and environments requiring frequent operations. It stands as an excellent solution to meet the evolving demands of urban and rural power grid construction and transformation projects.

The device is equipped with comprehensive "four remote" capabilities: remote signaling, remote metering, remote control, and remote regulation. It provides real-time monitoring of critical operational data for distribution network lines, including three-phase voltage, current, power, energy consumption, as well as zero-sequence voltage and current.

Leveraging advanced data processing, the system can rapidly isolate faults on-site while maintaining power supply to non-faulted sections, effectively preventing widespread outages. Furthermore, it establishes robust bidirectional communication with the main station. This allows for the seamless collection, processing, uploading, and execution of both operational data and fault information, ensuring a fully integrated and responsive smart grid solution.

Compact Design: The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase post-type structure, offering stable and reliable interruption performance, no fire or explosion risk, maintenance-free operation, compact size, light weight, and long service life.


Strong Applicability: The fully enclosed structure provides excellent sealing performance, enhancing moisture resistance and anti-condensation capability. It is particularly suitable for use in severe cold or humid regions.


Safe and Reliable Insulation: The three-phase pillars and current transformers feature robust solid indulation, utilizing imported outdoor epoxy resin or indoor epoxy resin with a silicone rubber layer. It has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.


Stable Performance: The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, characterized by a low-power energy storage motor and minimal energy consumption during opening and closing operations. Its direct-drive transmission system minimizes the number of components, enhancing overall reliability. Furthermore, the mechanism is housed within a sealed chassis to effectively prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring consistent long-term performance.


Convenient Operation: The circuit breaker offers versatile control options, supporting manual, electric, and remote operation. It seamlessly integrates with intelligent controllers to enable distribution automation and can be paired with reclosing controllers to function as an automatic recloser or sectionalizer.


Easy Expansion and Flexibility: Designed for adaptability, the circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent and short-circuit protection, as well as for providing current sampling signals to intelligent controllers. Additionally, metering current transformers can be installed based on specific user requirements.
