Overview

The main component of this product is a deeply integrated pole: this pole integrates multiple existing technologies (current sensor (including zero sequence), voltage sensor (including zero sequence), vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, capacitive energy-harvesting device) into an integrated solid-encapsulated pole using the mature epoxy resin APG process, achieving structural integration of the primary and secondary parts and meeting the full functionalities of measurement, protection, and metering. Compared to ordinary primary and secondary integrated pole-mounted circuit breakers, its structure is simpler.

Product Advantages

The primary‑secondary integrated standardized pole‑mounted circuit breaker can be applied to scenarios such as line segmentation, interconnection, branching and boundary division.

Military‑grade aviation connectors are adopted between the circuit breaker main body, feeder terminal and source voltage transformer, connected by outdoor fully‑insulated cables. Aviation sockets exposed to air must use sealing materials to seal metal conductors to improve anti‑condensation performance. Cable openings for source voltage transformers shall be treated to prevent rainwater intrusion, and U‑shaped fixing shall be adopted during installation. U‑shaped fixing shall also be implemented on the cable controller side to prevent rainwater from flowing into the plug along the cable.

Operating parameters and control logic can be flexibly configured according to actual operating conditions, so as to handle single‑phase grounding and phase‑to‑phase short‑circuit faults. It can directly trip to isolate faults; the total operating time for phase‑to‑phase faults shall not exceed 100 ms. It is equipped with 3 automatic reclosing functions with adjustable reclosing times and intervals, and can be used for line segmentation, interconnection, branching and boundary division scenarios.

It can collect three‑phase current, zero‑sequence current, three‑phase voltage, or line voltage and zero‑sequence voltage on both sides of the switch, and support calculation and collection of active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and electric energy.

It has detection and protection functions against phase‑to‑phase short‑circuit faults and single‑phase grounding faults in low‑resistance grounding systems. It realizes three‑stage phase‑to‑phase short‑circuit protection with configurable three‑stage setting values and time limits, as well as two‑stage zero‑sequence protection with configurable two‑stage setting values and time limits.

It can identify and isolate single‑phase grounding faults on‑site in low‑current grounding systems, and provide grounding fault alarm and on‑site fault isolation functions.

It supports both centralized and on‑site feeder automation modes, which can be switched via setting value configuration.

It meets the three‑remote configuration requirements for distribution automation. The terminal is equipped with an on‑site/remote change‑over switch, and can support remote control functions without hardware modification under information security compliance conditions.
