Overview

The 4th-generation EA660 series rack-mounted UPS systems are available with rated capacities of 200kVA, 300kVA, 400kVA, 500kVA, and 600kVA respectively. Developed and launched by EUE Power based on its latest R&D achievements and practical application experience, this is a brand-new, high-end three-phase in/three-phase out modular UPS.

The series adopts dual-DSP full digital control technology and components from world’s top-tier brands, which effectively enhances product performance and system reliability, while achieving integration and miniaturization with higher power density. A single module delivers up to 50kVA/50kW/3U, and a single unit can be expanded to a maximum of 600kVA.

Adopting a modular design and centralized control logic, the system features a 1+1 redundant centralized control unit. All modules, including power modules, bypass modules, and control modules, support hot-swappable operation. This truly delivers the advantages of a high-performance modular UPS: high reliability, high efficiency, easy management, and easy maintenance.

•With Wi-Fi or GPRS cards installed, users can monitor UPS operation in real time via the mobile app

•Intelligent battery management, including float voltage temperature compensation, automatic equalizing charge control, and charger sleep control, enhances charger reliability and helps extend battery lifespan

•Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology achieves an input power factor of up to 0.99, reducing grid pollution and improving power utilization

•High online efficiency reaches 96% at 30% load and 96.5% at 50% load, delivering outstanding energy-saving performance

•ECO mode enables operating efficiency of up to 99% under stable grid conditions, further reducing energy consumption and operating costs


Optional Accessories

•Standard configurations include RS485, RS485/CAN (BMS), NET (with SNMP function), input/output dry contacts and EPO.

•Optional components: parallel connection modules, LBS modules, Wi-Fi card, 4G card, and battery temperature sensor.


Performance Advantages

High efficiency and energy saving

With dual DSP digital control and advanced soft-start technology, the system supports 1:1.1 generator matching and maintains high efficiency even under low-load conditions, reaching 96% efficiency at 40% load and 95% at 20% load.

An input power factor of >0.99, THDi of <3%, and intelligent hibernation mode help reduce energy consumption and extend equipment service life.


Flexible modular design

The system adopts high-power-density 50 kVA/3U modules, delivering a compact footprint of only 1.02 m² for a 500 kVA system.

It supports full hot-swapping, parallel expansion of up to 4 units, and battery sharing. Flexible charger and battery configurations, supporting 30–46 batteries, enable easy capacity expansion and cost optimization.


Strong grid adaptability

With a wide input voltage range, strong load adaptability and excellent overload capability, the system ensures stable operation in complex grid environments.

The integrated PDU simplifies installation, while utility self-start and battery cold-start functions further improve power supply reliability.


Industrial-grade reliability

Comprehensive hardware and software protection, self-diagnostics and detailed event logs ensure reliable operation.

The fan system adopts N+X redundancy, supporting 50% load operation with one fan failure and 30% load operation with two fan failures. A built-in self-aging function also supports convenient on-site commissioning.


Intelligent operation and maintenance

Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen, the system provides an intuitive HMI for easy operation.

The built-in SNMP monitoring unit supports RS485 and dry contacts, enabling intelligent remote monitoring, management and maintenance.
