Overview

The GCK/GCS/MNS Low-Voltage Draw-Out Switchgear is composed of a power distribution center (PC) cabinet and a motor control center (MCC) cabinet.

Designed for AC 50/60 Hz systems, it supports rated operating voltages up to 660–690 V and rated currents up to 4,000 A, while the MNS cabinet can reach up to 6,300 A. It is widely used for power distribution, motor control, lighting distribution and other low-voltage distribution applications.

Application

The switchgear is designed for various power supply and distribution applications and is widely used in low-voltage distribution systems for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal projects and other fields.

It complies with relevant standards such as IEC 60439-1 and GB/T 7251-2017 for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.

Performance Advantages

Advanced structure: The door of the MCC drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolating switch. The door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position.The drawers for the power switch, contact switch and MCC cabinet are designed with three positions: connected position, test position and disconnected position, ensuring safe and convenient operation.


Modular design: The switchgear is easy to expand and can accommodate a large number of circuits. It adopts a modular structure with mounting holes, offering strong component interchangeability, space saving and convenient maintenance. A busbar bridge can be installed on the top of the switchgear according to the requirements of the incoming power connection.


Safe and reliable: The upper section of the cabinet is the busbar compartment, the front section is the functional unit compartment, and the rear section is the cable compartment. Steel plates or insulating plates are installed between compartments to ensure safe operation and effective isolation.


Standardized design: With a reasonable structure, flexible configuration and strong universality, the switchgear meets the standardized design requirements of power grid applications.


Flexible combinations: Drawers of the same functional unit offer good interchangeability. With drawer units as the main configuration, both draw-out and fixed-type solutions are available, allowing flexible combinations for different applications.


High protection level: The cabinet protection rating can reach IP30 or IP40, selectable according to user requirements.


High degree of intelligence: The switchgear can be connected to an intelligent operation and maintenance platform, uploading temperature data and various operating status signals to the backend for intelligent monitoring and control.
