KYN28A-12/24 Metal-Enclosed Drawout Switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50 Hz, 3.6–24 kV single-busbar and single-busbar sectionalized power systems. It is used for power receiving, distribution and control.

The switchgear is widely used in power plants, small and medium-sized generator power transmission, industrial and mining enterprise distribution systems, secondary substations, and large high-voltage motor starting applications.

The withdrawable part can be equipped with various vacuum circuit breakers, vacuum contactors and other components, making it a high-performance power distribution device.

Rational construction: The switchgear adopts a fully metal-clad design with an IP4X enclosure rating. Power and control cable openings are sealed with rubber rings to prevent dust and small animals from entering, protecting circuit insulation.

Stable and reliable: Observation windows on the circuit breaker and cable compartment doors allow easy checking of breaker position, status, and cable operation. The switchgear also maintains internal arc fault withstand capability.

Superior performance: Each of the three compartments is equipped with a pressure relief channel to release pressure caused by internal arc faults. 

High protection level: The switchgear is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocks and comprehensive anti-misoperation measures, meeting the power system’s five-prevention requirements.

Easy to expand: The cable compartment provides sufficient space for cable connection, allowing two parallel cable groups per phase. Voltage transformers, surge arresters and other components can also be installed as required.
