Generally, Prefabricated Substation includes high-voltage load break switches/circuit breakers, high-voltage fuses, 10kV/0.4kV distribution transformers, LV incoming/outgoing/capacitor cabinets, air circuit breakers (ACB) / molded case circuit breakers (MCCB), instrument transformers, energy meters, surge arresters, secondary protection and control devices, temperature control systems, enclosures, as well as cables and accessories. It achieves an integrated solution for high-voltage power reception, transformation, and low-voltage power distribution.

  Enclosure/Body
  The base of the YB-12 HV/LV prefabricated substation is fabricated from welded channel steel, treated for rust prevention and coated with anti-rust paint. The housing is constructed from eco-friendly composite panels, thin steel sheets, or aluminum alloy plates. The roof features an internal thermal insulation layer, with ventilation openings along the upper perimeter on all four sides.

  Layout & Structure
  The substation can be designed in a "目" (double-row) or "品" (triangular) layout based on design or power consumption requirements. It can also be customized as an eco-landscape type or standard type depending on the installation environment.

  HV Room
  Equipped with 10kV (6kV) high-voltage switchgear. Common configurations include standard SF6 load break switchgear or gas-insulated (GIS) SF6 load break switchgear. For applications with larger transformer capacities, vacuum circuit breaker switchgear can be installed.

  Transformer Room
  Can be configured with dry-type, oil-immersed, or special-purpose transformers. The room is equipped with ventilation and cooling devices on the roof. For oil-immersed transformers, an oil collection grid is provided at the bottom, along with a protective safety mesh.

  LV Room
  Houses fixed or withdrawable distribution cabinets. The substation includes a metering observation window for outdoor meter reading.
